Ad blocking software

Ad blocking software to clear your blocks.


Ad blocking software can interfere with your tracking so you will need to disable the ad blocking facility. We have listed common software programs below with instructions on how to do this for each:

Kaspersky Internet Security
To disable ad blocking:
1) In the “Protection” section, click “Anti-Spy”.
2) Untick “Enable Anti-Banner”.
3) Click OK.

McAfee Internet Security
To disable ad blocking:
1) Under “Common Tasks”, click “Home”.
2) Click “Internet & Network”.
3) Click “Configure”.
4) Click “Advanced” under “Web browsing protection”.
5) On the “Ad, Pop-up, & Web Bug Blocking” pane, untick “Block advertisements that appear on Web pages when you browse the Internet”.
6) Click OK.

Norton Internet Security
To disable ad blocking:
1) In the Norton Protection Center, click “Norton Anti-Spam” on the left pane.
2) Click on “Ad Blocking”.
3) Click the “Turn Off” button.

ZoneAlarm Pro
To disable ad blocking:
1) Open the ZoneAlarm Control Center
2) Click on PRIVACY -> MAIN tab.
3) Move the slider to OFF.
